By creating an account or submitting an application on Grant Well, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms as the service grows, and continued use after changes means you accept the current version.

Honest information

You confirm that everything you submit is true and belongs to you or is shared with permission. False statements, forged documents or impersonation may lead to rejection of your applications and closure of your account.

No guaranteed funding

Submission never guarantees approval. Each funding organization makes its own decision on its own timeline, and we never sell promises of funding or approval in exchange for payment. Anyone claiming otherwise, on this platform or elsewhere, should be reported to us through the contact page.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately from the sign-in page and tell us. One account per person: duplicate or automated registrations may be removed.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for genuine grant discovery and applications only. No bots or scraping that degrade the service, no attempts to access the data of other users, and no uploading of malicious files. Rate limits and anti-bot protections apply, and violations can lead to restricted access or account closure.

Sample listings

Some listings are clearly labelled as sample data for demonstration. They are not real funding programs, carry no verification badge, and applications to them are not processed. Real opportunities always show the funder, the official source and a verification date.
