Grant Well Organization runs this platform to connect applicants with grant funding. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you browse, register, apply or contact us. We collect only what the platform needs to work, and we never sell personal data to anyone.
What we collect
Account details you provide at registration, such as your name, email address and password. Application information you enter across the four guided steps, including contact details, background and project information. Documents you choose to upload in support of an application. Basic usage analytics, such as pages visited and device type, which help us keep the service fast and reliable.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process your applications and show their status on your dashboard. To communicate with you about submissions, decisions and service changes. To prevent fraud and abuse, for example by detecting fake accounts and acting on scam reports. To improve the service, using aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
What we share
When you submit an application, the details you entered are shared with the funding organization behind that grant so it can make a decision. We do not sell personal data, rent contact lists or share your information with advertisers. Providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, only receive what they need and must protect it.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Uploaded documents are access-controlled and never public. Sensitive actions, like password resets, happen through secure email links, and our team will never ask for your password.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data only while your account is active or as needed to operate the service and meet legal duties. You may request account and data deletion at any time from your dashboard, and we will confirm once it is complete.
Your choices
You can review and update your details from your dashboard at any time. You can leave the news email list with the link in any issue. You can ask what data we hold about you and request corrections.
